QUALIFIED STATUS
In order to participate in management qualification programs and in the various bonus and override programs, Independent Consultants, Managers and Vice Presidents must accumulate a minimum of $100 in Personal Retail Volume each month.

OVERRIDE VOLUME
Override Volume, on which overrides are calculated, is 65% of Retail Volume.

NEW ARBONNE CONSULTANT
Two Right Start Value Packs (RSVP) available in start month, plus the next month:
  • The RSVPs are $350 each, and the new Independent Consultant chooses up to $700 SRP value, per RSVP, of Arbonne products at a discount of up to 50%.
  • RSVP2 is available when $1,000 PRV is reached in start month plus the next month.
  • The RSVPs have a $350 Retail Volume (RV). Independent Consultants who purchase the RSVP qualify to purchase the NutriMinC ® RE 9® Body Care set for only $25. CONSULTANT

DISTRICT MANAGER
Same benefits as the Consultant level, except Consultant 4%, plus:
  • Personalized certificate and signed congratulatory letter from Arbonne's CEO and President, awarded following promotion to District Manager.
  • 8% override on Central District Override Volume.
  • $25 bonus for each RSVP Consultant sponsored in Central District. Receive an additional $25 when a new Consultant buys RSVP2.
  • $200 District Manager Cash Bonus with Central District sales of $5,000 RV and minimum five new Independent Consultants with at least $100 PRV in their start month.
EXECUTIVE DISTRICT MANAGER
Same benefits as a District Manager, plus:
  • 8% override on 1 st Generation District Managers' Override Volume.
  • 2% override on 2 nd Generation District Managers' Override Volume with two 1 st Generation Districts.
  • 1% override on 3 rd Generation District Managers' Override Volume with three 1 st Generation Districts.
AREA MANAGER
Same benefits as the Executive District Manager level, plus:

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
Same benefits as the Executive Area Manager level, plus:

  • 3% override on Central Region Override Volume.
  • $600 Vice President Cash Bonus with Central Region sales of $60,000 RV and minimum 30 new Independent Consultants with at least $100 PRV in their start month, receive the greater of the Region, Area or District Cash Bonus.
  • $800 Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus with Central Region sales of $40,000 Retail Volume, a $600 bonus with $35,000 RV, a bonus of $400 with $30,000 RV and a bonus of $200 with $25,000 RV, including Promotion Credits. For every month paid-as an RVP or as an RVP in Title Maintenance, you will be eligible for the Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus Program when you own or lease a white Mercedes-Benz automobile.

NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
Same benefits as the Executive Regional Vice Presidents level, plus:
  • Custom-designed, Arbonne logo lapel insignia awarded following promotion to National Vice President.
  • 1% override on Central Nation Override Volume.
  • $1,000 Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus with Central Nation sales of $160,000 Retail Volume, a $800 bonus with $140,000 RV, a bonus of $600 with $120,000 RV and a bonus of $400 with $100,000 RV, including, Promotion Credits. For every month paid as an NVP or as an NVP in Title Maintenance, you will be eligible for the Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus Program when you own or lease a white Mercedes-Benz automobile.
  • NVPs who qualify for the NVP retreat and/or NVP challenge are eligible to invite a family member or a non-Arbonne Consultant guest to attend.

2 nd Generation Consultant is the only level with no depth. Once you become District, the 4% is replaced by the 8% 2% 1% 2% 1%

Think of each of these sections as separate "profit centers" for your business. As an Arbonne Independent Consultant, you make 4% override on the Consultants you personally sponsor.
Once you become a District Manager, that 4% is "erased" . it is replaced by the 8%, which is paid on your entire District. Remember, you are part of your District so the 8% commission is also paid on your personal sales!
Example:
To get paid at the 2 nd and/or 3 rd Generations (let's look at District), you need to be as "wide" as you are "deep." So if you have a 2 nd Generation District Manager (that's two levels deep), you need to have two District Managers at the 1 st Generation level. To get paid on a 3 rd Generation, you must be three levels wide.

 

  There are no guarantees regarding income, and the success or failure of each Independent Consultant, like any other business, depends upon each Independent Consultant's own skills and personal effort.  The results discussed reflect the results of the particular Independent Consultant, and are atypical and anecdotal only.  A summary of average quarterly income totals achieved by Arbonne Independent Consultants is contained in the Independent Consultant Compensation Summary .  Arbonne is a product-driven company that strongly encourages the use of its products before becoming an Independent Consultant.
